10.3.3.1.10.4 Simulating Digital Inputs
The InputSimulationPin4 method simulates the input value of pin 4 of one or more ports.
Requirements
• You must have an OPC UA client.
• You must know the username and password, and this user must have permission to
execute methods.
• You must have already established a connection to the I/O module.
• The Force function must be enabled, i.e. you must know the Force ID.
• The pin must be configured as a digital input.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. In the Address Space window, open the context menu: Root > Objects > De-
viceSet > [device name] > Forcing > InputSimulationPin4
2. In the context menu, select [Call].
ð The Call InputSimulationPin4 on Forcing window appears.
