10.3.1.4.3 Storing Maintenance Information

On the Maintenance Information tab, you can store maintenance information, such as
the device name, the installation location and date, contact information, a description text
or the date of the last and next product service.
Changes to settings require operator or admin rights. If you do not have these, the Main-
tenance Information tab is grayed out and cannot be edited.
The maintenance information includes:
Name
Name
Installation Location
Installation Date
Contact Information

Printable ASCII string, Uniform label (string) in
max. 64 characters the system for the function
of this device
Printable ASCII string, Uniform label (string) in
max. 32 characters the system for the location
where the device is in-
stalled
ASCII time indication, Installation or commission-
max. 32 characters ing date of this device; the
format can be determined
by the fieldbus organiza-
tion.
