These faults may be caused by mains distortions. Installing a Danfoss line filter may rectify this problem.

Cause
The option is removed successfully.

Rotor is blocked.

PM motor is rotating when AMA is performed.
The back EMF of PM motor is too high before starting.
24 V DC supply is connected to only 1 of the 2 STO terminals
(37 and 38), or a failure in STO channels is detected. Ensure that
both terminals are powered by a 24 V DC supply, and that the
discrepancy between the signals at the 2 terminals is less than
0.5 s. If the fault still occurs, contact the local Danfoss supplier.
Parameters can only be changed when the motor is stopped.
Occurs when using a wrong password for changing a pass-
word-protected parameter.
