Error in check sum EPROM
Program memory error -- The test is only carried out upon initiation after
power is turned on. No functions are blocked due to this error.
Error in RAM. the microprocessor
Error in the processor's internal RAM -- The test is only carried out upon
initiation after power is turned on. No functions are blocked due to this er-
ror.
Error in external RAM
The test is only carried out upon initiation after power is turned on. No
functions are blocked due to this error.
Voltage case in 5V supply voltage
The computer's supply voltage has failed for some reason. This can occur
when turning off the machine. but can also be due to an error in the card's
supply voltage.
DC Voltage outside limit values
The voltage after the network rectifier is either too low or too high. which
can be caused by powerful transients on the network. or a weak network.
The inverter unit turns off automatically and remains blocked until the vol-
tage has decreased to under the limit value.
High temperature
Too high temperature in the weld current source which can be caused by
overloading. defective cooling fan or other component error.
High primary current
The inverter unit draws too much current from the DC Voltage by which it
is fed. The inverter unit turns off automatically and remains blocked until
the error has been rectified.
DC Voltage 1 outside the safety limits CBOX: Battery voltage too low
PSOURCE: The internal supply voltage +15VC is either too high or too
low.WFEED: The internal supply voltage 15V is either too high or too low.
DC Voltage 2 outside the safety limits
PSOURCE: The internal supply voltage --15V is either too high or too low.
WFEED: The internal supply voltage 20V is either too high or too low.
DC Voltage 3 outside the safety limits
The internal supply voltage +15VB is either too high or too low.
Servo- -error
PSOURCE: The current servo cannot handle holding the current ordered
by the computer. There is a permanent difference between shunt response
and current value.
WFEDD: The wire feed speed servo cannot handle holding the current
ordered by the computer.
Warning status in the bus communication
The bus circuit's error counter has such a high value that it imposes war-
ning. If the error counter continues to increase. the bus circuit is set to
"bus--off" position and the contact with the weld data unit (the controller) is
broken.
Communication on the bus turned off
The bus circuit's error counter has such a high value that it goes in "bus--
off" position. Power--off is required for resetting.
Loss of message during bus communication
The bus circuit indicates that a message has been lost due to a message
being written over by one that came in later. No functions are blocked by
this error.
Lost contact with the supply voltage
An identification message is used to continuously check that a certain unit
remains on the network. "Time out" in the response causes this message.
The stop command is immediately sent to the current source.
