► Symptom
Toner supply is abnormal.
► Troubleshooting method
1) Open the front cover and side cover.
2) Remove the toner cartridge.
3) Remove and reinstall the imaging unit.
4) Install the toner cartridge.
5) Close the side cover and front cover.
6) If the problem persists, replace the imaging unit.
7) Check if the motor related to toner supply is working normally. If not, replace the motor.
