► Symptom
Lift motor operation is abnormal.
► Troubleshooting method
1) Remove and reinstall the tray1.
2) Remove the rear cover.
3) Check the connection between the tray1 lift motor and on the main board.
4) Check the tray1 lift motor operation. If necessary, replace the motor.
5) If necessary, replace the main board.
