4. Troubleshooting
Paper jam in tray 3 (HCF)
1) Pull out tray 3.
2) Remove the jammed paper from the machine.
If you do not see paper in this area, go to the next step.

3) Insert tray 3 back into the machine until it locks into
place.
4) Open the right bottom door of the Triple Cassette
Feeder.
5) Remove the jammed paper by gently pulling it straight
out.
6) Close the right bottom door.
