► Symptom
Eraser Lamp does not turn on.
► Troubleshooting method
1) Execute the eraser lamp test.
a) Open the front and side covers. Then, remove the toner cartridge and imaging unit.
b) Remove 2 screws from the front of the imaging unit. Then, remove the front cover.
