B2985B/B2987B can also perform external temperature measurement and relative
humidity measurement. Temperature and humidity measurement results are
displayed on the Meter view.

Temperature Measurement

The N1423A Type K thermocouple or equivalent can be used for external
temperature measurement. The N1423A is furnished with the B2985B/B2987B.
Connect the thermocouple to the Temperature Type K connector on the rear

Always isolate the thermocouple to prevent measurement from errors. Do not
expose it.

Humidity Measurement

Humidity sensor EE Elektronik EE07 or equivalent can be used for relative
humidity measurement. Connect the humidity sensor to the Humidity connector
on the rear panel by using a 5-pin connector head furnished with the
B2985B/B2987B and connection cable (EE Elektronik HA010819 or equivalent).
