To the syslog function on the Switch:
DES-3800:4#enable syslog
Command: enable syslog
Success.
DES-3800:4#
disable syslog
Used to display the switch history log.
show log index <value 1-65535> >
This command will display the contents of the Switch's history log.
index <value 1-65535>
beginning at 1 and ending at the value specified by the user in the
<value 1-65535> field.
If no parameter is specified, all history log entries will be displayed.
