6.3 Lubrication Oil

If the oil level is lower than the lower limit line of the oil level gauge in daily inspection and
maintenance, supply the oil is needed.
Please refill the oil as following procedure.
(1) Stop the pump and remove the closing panel (rear side) on the pump.(See Fig. 6.1)
Be sure to turn off the power at the circuit protector (CP) and disconnect the power cable
from the power connector, before removing the outer cover on the pump. Never supply
power to the pump, until you have completed the oil change.
The pump casing, inlet piping and exhaust piping become extremely hot during
operation and for some time after stopping. Be sure that pump and exhaust piping do
not come in contact with humans or inflammable substances. Do not remove the pump
cover during operation.
Remove 5 screws (arrow),
and remove the silent cover
