Troubleshooting
• Check the load.
• Check the motor.
• Check the cables and connections.
• Make an identification run.
12.10.3 Fault 1 - Overcurrent, Subcode S3 - Current limit controller supervision
Cause
There is too high a current in the motor cable. Its cause can be 1 of the following:
• a sudden heavy load increase
• a short circuit in the motor cables
• the motor is not the correct type
Troubleshooting
• Check the load.
• Check the motor.
• Check the cables and connections.
• Make an identification run.
12.10.4 Fault 1 - Overcurrent, Subcode S4 - Software-based overcurrent fault
Cause
There is too high a current in the motor cable. Its cause can be 1 of the following:
• a sudden heavy load increase
• a short circuit in the motor cables
• the motor is not the correct type

12.10.5 Fault 2 - Overvoltage, Subcode S1 - Hardware trip
Cause
The DC-link voltage is higher than the limits.
• Too short a deceleration time
• High overvoltage spikes in the supply
• Start/Stop sequence too fast
