Before use
3.2.1 Mounting the O2 sensor (optional)
•
Thoroughly unpack the O 2 cell.
•
Insert and screw the cell in the space
bearing the label "O 2 SENSOR".
•
Connect the pin to the O 2 sensor.
•
Make sure that the RJ connector is correctly
inserted in the ventilator's dedicated socket [
connector FiO 2 ].

WARNING !! Operator injury hazard.
To avoid electric shock risk and/or components parts breakage during
interventions, please make sure that the ventilator's power supply is cut off.
WARNING !! Patient injury hazard
When the ventilator is on, the system carries out a series of checks,
such as including the O 2 sensor connection ( "SELF TEST" phase see
cfr. 4.2.1 ).
