0: Unlocked - The jog dial knob (and the buttons) are unlocked.
1: Locked - The jog dial knob (and the buttons) are locked. In MMX8x8-HDMI-4K-A model,
locked status can be changed with LW3 protocol command or by pressing Control Lock
button for three seconds.
2: Force locked - The jog dial knob (and the buttons) are locked. This status can be changed
only with LW3 protocol command.
