1. Install the upper module communication terminator ( 3 in Figure 3-32).
2. Install the lower module communication terminator ( 1 in Figure 3-32).
3. Connect one end of the customer-supplied Ethernet cable ( 2 in Figure 3-32) in
the Library Control Blade Ethernet port, then connect the other end of the cable
to your network.
4. Connect one end of the drive cable ( 5 in Figure 3-32) to the library, then
connect the other end of the cable to your network. Repeat this for every drive
in your library.
5. Connect one end of the power cord ( 4 in Figure 3-32) in the receptacle in a
power supply in your library, then connect the other end of the cord to your
power source. Repeat this for every power supply in your library.
6. If you're adding optional expansion modules, continue cabling by following
either "Cabling with Fibre Channel Drives" on page 3-35 or "Cabling with SCSI
Cables."
7. Once all the modules are cabled, continue with "Powering ON the Library" on
page 3-37.
