System Mode
Configuring the Setup
Function
Three
settings
are possible on the
"SYSTEM: Set Up" screen.
FUNCTION A button:
Adjusts the
display window contrast.
FUNCTION B button:
Selects
the
display mode.
If
"NAME" is
selected,
the
screen
displays only the memory location
name in large
characters.
If
"INFO"
is
selected,
the
screen
displays the memory name in regular
characters
as well
as
information
such as
the date the memory contents
were created
and
whether
the
memory
contents are
protected or
not.
FUNCTION C button:
Selects
the load
form.
If
"AUTO"
is
selected, an effect
is
automatically
recalled from memory
when
the
operation
dial
or shuttle
ring is used to change the memory
number in play mode.
If
"ENTER"
is
selected, effects are
recalled from memory in play mode
by using the operation dial or shuttle
ring to
change
the memory number
and
then pressing the
FUNCTION F
button. By pressing the FUNCTION
A
button before pressing the
FUNCTION
F button,
you can
check
which
effect
is in the
selected
memory location before recalling it.
FUNCTION D button:
Selects
the direct
level mode.
If
"OFF" is
selected,
the direct level is
automatically set
to-= (-infinity)
regardless
of the level
stored
in
memory
and
"DRY /OFF'
appears on
the play mode display.
If
"PGM" is selected, the direct level
is
set
to the level
stored
in
each
memory. (Refer to page 64.)
Setting the Time
This function is used to
set
the time
and
date of this unit's built-in clock. Once the
clock is
set,
the time is automatically
stored
in the user memory
when you
create
and
save
an
effect.
FUNCTION A button:
Sets the Month.
FUNCTION B button:
Sets the Day.
FUNCTION C button:
Sets
the
Year.
FUNCTION D button:
Sets
the Hour.
FUNCTION E button:
Sets
the
Minute.
FUNCTION F button:
Starts the clock
after the
settings are
completed.
