5.10.16 - HYDRAULIC ASSEMBLIES

WARNING
Risk of infection caused by hydraulic fluid splashed at high pressure.
• When connecting and disconnecting hydraulic pipes, ensure that the hydraulic circuit is not
pressurised both on the tractor side and the machine side.
• In the event of injury caused by hydraulic fluid, immediately consult a doctor.
5.10.16.1 Connecting the hydraulic pipes
WARNING
Dangers of accidents due to crushing, cutting, catching, jamming and impacts due to a
malfunction affecting the hydraulic circuit if the hydraulic pipes are not connected correctly.
When connecting the hydraulic pipes,  ensure the coloured identifiers on the hydraulic connectors 
match.
IMPORTANT
• Check the compatibility of the hydraulic oils before connecting the machine to the hydraulic
circuit of the tractor.
• Under no circumstances must mineral oils be mixed with vegetable oils.
• Respect the maximum hydraulic fluid pressure of 200 bar.
• Ensure that the hydraulic connectors are clean when they are connected.
• Engage the hydraulic connectors into the sleeve(s) until the connector(s) click(s) into place
1. Move the control lever on the distributor to the level of the tractor in the intermediate position
(neutral position).
2. Clean the hydraulic connectors of the pipes before connecting them to the tractor.
3. Connect the hydraulic pipe(s) to the distributor(s) of the tractor.

5.10.17 - VENTILATION COLUMN

IMPORTANT
Disengage the turbine during filling, cleaning or transport operations.
5.10.17.1 ENGAGING AND DISENGAGING THE TURBINE
DANGER
Cutting hazard to fingers or hand!
Engaging and disengaging operations must be performed with the tractor engine
stopped.
Once engaging or disengaging completed, always refit the cover protecting access to 
the mechanism.
