your attention must be focused on the presence of residual energies in the different systems
(mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric or electronic) found on your machine.
Before all operations :
• Disconnect all electric, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic connections... and place them on the
supports provided for this purpose, if the machine is equipped with them.
• Let the hot units of the machine cool (gear box, pump, etc...).
• Clean the sprayer thoroughly with water before any repair operations are performed on it
• Do not undertake repair operations in the liquid tank before having cleaned it out thoroughly !
WARNING
Hydraulic oils under pressure !
The hydraulic fluid that leaks form a circuit can penetrate the skin and cause serious
injuries as well as intoxication.
• The works on hydraulic circuits must only be assigned to specialists with appropriate training.
• Before performing work on the hydraulic circuit, make sure that the installation is not under
pressure.
• Eliminate the pressure before disconnecting the hydraulic hoses.
• Only use the proper tools when looking for leaks.
• Do not look for leaks with your fingers,
• In the event of injury caused by the hydraulic oil, immediately consult a doctor.
WARNING
Danger of accidents due to crushing, shearing, cutting, wrenching, getting run over,
tearing, catching and jamming connected to dangerous unprotected areas !
• Replace all protective devices which you may have removed in order to carry out cleaning,
maintenance or repair operations.
• Replace any faulty protective devices.
