3.7 - CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
For general machine maintenance refer to chapter MACHINE MAINTENANCE
3.7.1 - CLEANING YOUR MACHINE
CAUTION
High-pressure cleaners
Do not direct the jet towards electric, hydraulic, compressors, motors, hydraulic tubing, seals, filler caps,
etc.
CAUTION
If you clean the machine with a high-pressure cleaner, you must change all the grease.

Once you have finished cleaning the machine,
• Check the fluid circuits and make sure that there are no leaks, and that no connections are loose.
• Immediately repair any damage.
3.7.2 - MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
3.7.2.1 General considerations
• Maintenance and repair operations must be exclusively performed by qualified personnel.
• Always make sure that the machine and its accessories are kept in perfect working order.
• Make sure all the tanks are clean.
• Make sure that your machine is serviced according to the recommended service schedule.
• Before carrying out any operations on the machine, make sure it cannot start accidentally.
◊ Stop the engine and remove the key from the ignition
◊ Put the gear lever in neutral.
◊ Put the parking brake on
• Make sure all moving parts of the machine are stopped.
◊ Disengage the power take-off
◊ Stop all service fluids (air, oil etc.)
◊ Wait until all moving parts are completely stationary.
• Leave the engine, transmissions and any other systems that may be hot to cool down.
