• A regular and appropriate maintenance will keep your sprayer in excellent working condition
for a long time and avoid premature wear.
• A regular and correctly performed maintenance is part of the guarantee conditions.
• Specific and specialist know how is required to carry out maintenance works. These mainte-
nance instructions do not aim to transfer this knowledge !

During machine maintenance, repair or cleaning, comply with the safety instructions provided
in paragraph "CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR" of chapter GENERAL SAFETY
Compliance with these instructions is important for your safety.
WARNING
Danger of accidents due to crushing, shearing, cutting, wrenching, getting run over,
tearing, catching and electrocution in the following instances :
• Accidental lowering of the raised machine via the hydraulic three point coupling circuit
of the tractor.
• Accidental lowering of raised and non-fixed elements of the machine.
• Accidental starting and movement of the tractor and machine assembly.
Immobilise the tractor and the machine in order to avoid any accidental start up or movement,
before carrying out cleaning, maintenance and repair operations.
• Place the machine on hard, flat and horizontal ground.
• Turn off the tractor engine, remove the key from the ignition or unhitch the machine lower the
stand and lock it in place.
• Tighten the parking brake if the machine is equipped with that option or apply chocks to the
wheels.
WARNING
Risk of accident due to capsizing or crushing !
• Never open the boom when the sprayer is empty or
not hitched to the tractor
• If the work has to be carried out with the booms ex-
tended take care to close the lifting - lowering hydrau-
lic stop valve (see boom maintenance manual)

these products (oils, greases, etc.)
