6.1 - SPRAyER GENERAL MAINTENANCE

IMPORTANT
Please follow the recommendations of
suppliers of phytosanitary products, detergents,
deactivating agents etc., and of the local
authorities (e.g., chamber of agriculture)
regarding:
• Applications
• Use and rinsing (decontamination)
• Protection
protective equipment)
• Environmental protection
• Management of unused products and
waste
• Product storage
DURING APPLICATION
IMPORTANT
If unused for a short period :
Set the pump in motion with the circuit off : mixing.
IMPORTANT
If unused for a long period :
Do not leave the spray mixture in the tank.
After EACH USE
• Check that the tank is totally empty. Proper calibration of the sprayer will enable you to obtain a minimum
quantity of spray mixture in the tank, once you have fi nished the treatment.
• Pour the rinse product into the rinse tank.
• Rinse the sprayer completely: tanks, equipment and accessories, being sure to use the product prescribed
by the manufacturer

• Always wash the sprayer after spreading nitrogen and apply a protective product recommended by your
dealer before and after use.
