When a startup error or a pre-writing adjustment error is detected, one of the following error codes is displayed.

○ Ch-B detected error of the sensor hole (SE-1004 board, SE-1005 board).
○ The temperature sensor of optical block assembly Ch-A detected an
alarm.
○ The temperature sensor of optical block assembly Ch-B detected an
alarm.
○ The 5V-SAG detection function was activated disabling the system to
start.

○ BCA area data is invalid.
○ PIC area data cannot be read.

An unspecified disc was inserted.

○ Unsupported REC mode was detected in the recording disc.
○ Unsupported PAC is used in the recording disc.
○ Unsupported spare area is used in the recording disc.
○ Unsupported DFL entry was detected in the recording disc.
○ A TDMA area error was detected during write-back to the recording
disc or formatting.
○ A disc error was detected during finalizing of the recording disc.
