Loading Motor Assembly

Preparation
1. Remove the top plate assembly. (Refer to
2. Remove the optical drive assembly. (Refer to
3. Remove the IF-1240 board. (Refer to
4. Remove the optical drive (XDD-P210). (Refer to

Procedure
1. Remove the four screws (M2 x 2.7) to detach the gear bracket assembly.
Note
• When detaching the gear bracket assembly, hold the mode gear assembly so that it does not come off.
• If the mode gear assembly comes off, attach it carefully paying attention so that the lid arm does not come
on portion A.
• Do not touch the mode seal on the mode gear assembly.
• When installing the gear bracket assembly, fit the pin on the mode gear assembly with the groove.
