IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
3. When the transmission of information
completes and a communication with
the call center is established, the
indicator light will come on green,
and a voice call with an operator will
initiate.
After the call starts, tell the operator
about the situation. If no response is
made during a voice call, a rescue will
be requested by the judgment of the
operator.
4. If the connection of the emergency
call fails, the indicator light (green)
turns off, and then, the indicator light
flashes red.
When the connection is recovered,
the indicator light flashes green again
and the call restarts.
If the connection cannot be recovered,
request a rescue without using the
eCall system (using a public phone
around the vehicle, etc.).
