Models with Headlight Battery Saver
This is a function to turn off the lights automatically to prevent the battery from going
flat. When the power mode is "OFF" (models with passive entry and start system) or
the starter switch is in the "LOCK" position (models without passive entry and start
system) and the lights are on (the light control switch is in the "
then the lights go out automatically when any of the following conditions are met.
• When the driver side door is opened.
• When all of the doors are locked using the passive entry and start system or
remote control unit (models with passive entry and start system and keyless entry
system).
The settings of the headlight battery saver can be changed. Contact the nearest Isuzu
Dealer for details.
The settings of the headlight battery saver can be changed by using the user
customization function on the MID.

• When the light switch is in the "AUTO" position, if the power mode is switched
to "OFF" (models with passive entry and start system) or the starter switch is
turned to the "LOCK" position (models without passive entry and start system),
the lights go out automatically.
• Do one of the following operations to turn on the lights again.
- Switch the power mode to "ON" (models with passive entry and start system)
or turn the starter switch to the "ON" position (models without passive entry
and start system).
- Set the light control switch to the "OFF" position, and then set it to the "
