Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW)
The gross vehicle weight (GVW) rating
equals the combined weight of an
unloaded vehicle (including all vehicle
accessories), passengers, cargo, trailer
hitch, trailer tongue load and optional
equipment. This value is indicated on the
vehicle identification number (VIN) plate
attached to the left front end of the engine
compartment.

The gross axle weight (GAW) rating equals
