When the Sensor Is in a Condition
Where It Cannot Detect Normally
When the system is used while the sensor
is in a condition where it cannot detect
normally, such as being affected by noise,
the system temporarily stops operating.
At this time, the warning message is
displayed on the MID for approximately 5
seconds, and then the parking aid system
OFF indicator light comes on. Check the
condition of the sensor. When the condition
of the sensor improves, the system
recovers from the suspended state, and
the parking aid system OFF indicator light
turns off.
If the indicator light remains on for a long
time, contact the nearest Isuzu Dealer.
When the Sensor Is Dirty
When mud, snow, and/or other similar
substances are on the sensors or around
the sensors, the system temporarily
stops operating. At this time, the warning
message is displayed on the MID for
approximately 5 seconds, and then the
parking aid system OFF indicator light
comes on. Check the condition of the
sensor. Remove any mud, snow, and/
or other similar substances that are on
the sensors or around the sensors. When
the condition of the sensor improves, the
system recovers from the suspended state,
and the parking aid system OFF indicator
light turns off.
If the indicator light remains on for a long
time, contact the nearest Isuzu Dealer.
