If you do not want the parking aid system to
operate, it is possible to turn off the system.
When the parking aid system OFF switch is
pressed while the parking aid system is on,
the parking aid system OFF indicator light
comes on and the system is turned off.
To return the system to on, press the
parking aid system OFF switch again. The
parking aid system OFF indicator light turns
off and the system is turned on.
NOTE
• Even after the parking aid system
has been turned off by pressing
the parking aid system OFF switch,
restarting the engine turns on the
system again.
• It takes some time for the system to
operate normally after the parking
aid system is turned on after being
off.
• The parking aid system is a system
that assists the driver to park the
vehicle. Therefore, do not turn off
the system except when necessary.
