Operation Conditions of the LKAS
The LKAS operates when all the following conditions are met.
• The adaptive cruise control is operating
• The vehicle is driving at a speed of approximately 60 to 130 km/h (37 to 80 MPH)
• The system recognizes lane markings on the both sides
• The driver is operating the steering wheel
• The vehicle is driving on a road with a lane width of approximately 3 to 4 m (10 to
13 ft)

When the adaptive cruise control is set,
press the LKAS switch to set the LKAS to
on.
At this time, the LKAS indicator light comes
on gray.
When the stereo camera recognizes both
the left and right lanes, the indicator light
comes on green.
