4. Each of the assemblies can be easily lifted up from the chas¬
sis.

Assembly
When assembling the Model 515 ensure that the line cord is disconnect
from the power entry module. If the battery is disconnected do not connect it
the power supply board until all the boards are connected and the AC mai
power is on (see instructions that follow).
1. Slide each board into its proper position on the bottom cover
(chassis). Connect all the ribbon cables to the appropriate
boards, DO NOT CONNECT THE BATTERY AT THIS
POINT!
2. With all the assemblies properly connected (with the excep¬
tion of the battery) check that the voltage setting on the
power entry module is set correctly then connect the line
cord. Place the mains switch to the I position, ensure that
the ~ LED on the front panel illuminates.
3. Check that the voltage across the battery temrinalleads from
the 2503 boimd is -1-13.8 VDC ± 0.02. Connect the negative
lead to the battery first, then connect the positive lead. Place
