monitor is correctly calibrated.
4.2
Adjustment Procedure
This section contains information for calibrating the electronic circuits v,
in the Model 515. Only qualified service personnel should attempt to perf
these tests and adjustments. Each board is dealt with in an individual man
all the test fixtures used are documented in section 4.3 with the exceptior
the TB500A which is available from Novametrix Service Department. Be ;
to follow proper grounding procedures when handling the internal electrc
components to avoid damage from static discharge.
Equipment Required
1. Tested and aligned Model 515 Monitor
2. TB500A Sensor Simulator (modified for Model 515)**
3. Dual trace oscilloscope*
4. Variable power supply (0-12VDC @ 2A) with current limit *
5. RS232 Test fixture (see section 4.3)
6. Front End Test Jack (see section 4.3)
7. Analog Module PN:2289 (for analog output checks only)
8. DVM*

2503 Power Supply Board

Disconnect the line cord from the monitor. With the battery connected measi
the following voltages on the 2503 board, use the negative lead of the batt(
as reference.
