lowing list provides information on these special functions.
• Production Test:
Internal test software is accessed by si¬
multaneously pressing the leftmost softkey and
POWER
but¬
ton, then when the monitor beeps a second time press and
hold the third softkey from the left.
"Novametrix Inc. Produc¬
tion Test"
will appear on the display. For detailed informa¬
tion on the Production Test software reference the
Adjustment Procedure in this section and the 515 Menu
Structure drawing # 9671-53-09.
• NMI Test:
This test is initiated by simultaneously pressing
the second softkey from the left and the
POWER
key. The
unit will power up, all the segments on the displays and all
the LEDs will illuminate, a continuous tone will also sound
from the unit for approximately 8-10 seconds. The monitor
will then perform a self test and power up in the normal
mode.
• Recorder Outputs:
With the Analog Output Module con¬
nected to the rear panel RS232 D-connector the recorder
output levels can be checked. By simultaneously pressing
the third softkey from the left and the
POWER
