Options Menu:
By simultaneously pressing the fourth soft-
key from the left (rightmost) and the
POWER
key the op¬
tions menu will appear. This menu enables programming of
the serial output format of the RS232 connector on the rear
panel, setting of the date and time, and control of the special
functions within the monitor.
Software Revision Level:
The current revision level of
the monitor's software will be displayed along with the date
it the
AUDIO
and
POWER
keys are pressed simultaneously.
The display will continue to display this information until the
AUDIO
key is released, then the monitor will perform a self
test and begin to operate in nonnal mode.
Default Settings:
The factory set defaults will be pro¬
grammed into the monitor if the
ALERT RESET
and
POWER
keys are pressed simultaneously. A "Parameters Reset To
Factory Default" message will be displayed after a self test,
then the unit will operate as normal.
The factory set defaults are listed below;
Saturation
High Alert Limit - 100
Low Alert Limit - 85
Averaging Time - 8 seconds
Pulse Rate
High Alert Limit - 150
Low Alert Limit - 40
Averaging Time - 8 seconds
Audio
Volume - 7 (loudest)
Pulse "Beep" - OFF
Display Brightness - 2 (medium)
Options Menu
Clock/Calendar - 12:00:00 hrs, 01-Jan-89
Serial Output Mode - Full Format, 1200 baud,
no parity, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit
Permanent Mute Enabled - Yes
Alert Bar Latched - Yes
Pulse Alert Lims On - Yes
Display Held Timer (No-Sat-Update) - ON
Special Alert Delay-30s
Sel Disp. Hold Time - 60s
