Battery Operation Messages
When the monitor is operating under battery power certain indicators a
messages will be displayed depending upon the condition of the battery. Wh
the battery level reaches approximately 11.8 volts the red
LED on t
front panel will illuminate. This will not affect the operation of the monitor,
the battery discharges to 10.5 volts "BATTERY EXHAUSTED CONNECT Lll
CORD" will appear on the display along with an alert condition. At this po
the line cord should be attached and the rear panel mains switch should be
the I position to allow the battery to charge up. If the battery is allowed to d
charge to 10.0 volts the display will blank out and the red
LED will fla
at a slow rate. To return the monitor to normal operation the AC supply mi
be applied and the unit powered up again, the battery must be charged up in i
der for battery operation to resume.
