Procedure
Step 1 Log in to the ECC800 WebUI as admin. Choose Monitoring > Air Conditioner >
NetCol5000-A0101 to display the smart cooling product commissioning page.
Step 2 Choose Controls > Control Information, set On/off status on EMS to On, and then click
Submit.
Step 3 Choose Controls > Control Information, set Diagnostic mode to Enable, and then click
Submit.
Step 4 (Optional) Choose Running Parameters > Diagnostic Mode Parameters, set Elec heater
manual control to Open, and then click Submit.

Step 5 (Optional) Commission the wet film humidifier.

Issue 10 (2019-12-20)
Remove the refrigerant cylinder after ensuring that no refrigerant is required.
Users are categorized as admin (preset password: Changeme) and operator (preset
password: Changeme). To enter the diagnostic mode, log in as admin.
If the smart cooling product is not configured with a heater or humidifier, skip the
commissioning steps related to the electric heater and wet film humidifier.
The electric heater and humidifier can not work at the same time.

0101 in NetCol5000-A0101 is variable and subject to change with the smart cooling product
connection sequence. The displayed value prevails.

If no manual operation is performed within 25 seconds after you click On, the device will
automatically run following the preset logic, and the compressor and indoor and outdoor fans will
also run according to the environment.
Check that the indoor fan operates properly, without alarms.
If hot air blows out from the air exhaust vent of the fan after a period of time, the electric
heater runs properly. Set Elec heater manual control to Off and click Submit.
On the Diagnostic Mode Parameters page, set Inlet solenoid man ctrl to Open and
click Submit. Check that the water inlet pipe does not leak and the humidifier float
works properly. Set Inlet solenoid man ctrl to Closed and click Submit.
On the Diagnostic Mode Parameters page, set Humidifier film man ctrl to Open and
click Submit. Choose Running Info > Humidifier Information > Humidifier pump
ctrl to check that the humidifier water pump is Open in normal status and water flows
down along the wet film. Set Humidifier film man ctrl to Closed and click Submit.
Lift the low liquid level detector. After 5 seconds, you will hear the water pump
operating sound.
Lay down the low liquid level detector.
It is normal if a condensate pump faulty alarm is generated during the pump operation when there is no
water in the pan. The condensate pump generates this alarm for self-protection. The alarm needs to be
cleared manually.
