3-3 REC Mode
Recording Procedure
Start
Connect an input device (micro-
phone or tape recorder) to the
Voice Unit.
Set the line/microphone selec-
tor switch according to the input
device connected.
Set the memory protect switch
to the OFF position.
Clear all the memory using
ERA mode.
Set the mode selector switch to
REC.
Adjust the input level with the
volume control.
Select a message number by
using the MSG No. increment
or decrement switch.
Push the ST/SP switch once to
start recording.
Input messages from the micro-
phone or tape recorder.
Push the ST/SP switch again to
stop recording.
Does the
recorded message need
to be changed?
Should a
certain message be re-
corded under another mes-
sage number?
YES
Record the additional message.

Refer to 3-5 ERASE Mode .
Erase the unwanted message
using ERA mode.
