Operation
• The oil pressure applied from the pressure intake
part presses the diaphragm of the oil pressure
sensor, the diaphragm is deformed.
• The gauge layer facing the diaphragm measures
the deformation of the diaphragm by the change
of its resistance, then converts the change of the
resistance into a voltage and transmits it to the
amplifier (voltage amplifier).
• Relationship between pressure P (MPa {kg/cm
