Operation
When solenoid is de-energized
•
No signal current flows from the controller, so so-
lenoid (2) is de-energized.
•
Accordingly, spool (11) is pushed up and spool
(7) is pushed to the left by spring (6).
•
As a result, port P is closed, so pressure oil from
the control pump does not flow to the actuator.
At the same time, the oil from the actuator flows
from port A2 to port T and is drained to the tank.
When solenoid is energized
•
When the signal current flows from the controller
to solenoid (2), solenoid (2) is energized.
•
Accordingly, spool (11) is pushed down and the
pressure oil from the control pump flows through
port P to port A1 and spool (7) is pushed to the
right.
•
As a result, pressure oil from the control pump
flows from port P to port A2, and then flows to the
actuator.
At the same time, port T is closed, so the oil
does not flow to the tank.
