50 Disassembly and assembly
4. Turn over idler and using tool L2, assemble
floating seal (4).
5. Install shaft (8) to idler.
a Assemble the shaft so that the direction of
the oil filler plug is as follows.
Right side of machine: Facing outside

Left side of machine: Facing inside

6. Assemble support (6) to shaft.
a Align the groove in the support with the
groove in the shaft when assembling.
7. Install bolt and nut (5), and secure support (6).

8. Turn over idler, and assemble support (3) to
shaft.
a Align the groove in the support with the
groove in the shaft when assembling.
9. Install bolt and nut (2), and secure support (3).
10. Using tool L11 (refer to special tools table),
add oil to specified level, then tighten plug.

Plug: 210.7 ± 29.4 Nm {21.5 ± 3 kgm}
