1 chicken (1.2 kg), ready to cook
1 tbsp. oil
1 ½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. curry powder

Glass tray
Food probe
Kitchen string
Preparation
Mix the oil with the salt, paprika and
curry powder; then coat the chicken
with it.
Tie the legs together with kitchen string
and put the chicken, breast side up, on
the rack. Insert the food probe.
Place the rack on the glass tray and
place in the oven with the legs of the
bird pointing towards the oven door.
Roast the chicken.
