Drop cookies

Preparation time: 35 minutes
Makes 25 (1 glass tray)
For the dough
80 g butter | softened
30 g brown sugar
30 g icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
110 g plain white flour
1 medium egg | just the white
For the glass tray
1 tsp. butter
Accessories
Piping bag
Star nozzle, 9 mm
Glass tray
Preparation
Beat butter until creamy. Add the sugar,
icing sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and
beat until soft. Then fold in the flour,
followed by the egg white.
Grease the glass tray. Put the dough in
a piping bag and pipe it onto the glass
tray in strips measuring approx. 5–6 cm
in length.
Place the drop cookies in the oven and
bake until golden.
