For the gammon
1 kg gammon (loin), ready to cook
For frying
½ tbsp. oil

Glass tray
Food probe
Preparation
Place the rack on the glass tray and
place in the oven. Start the Automatic
programme or pre-heat the oven
according to cooking stage 1.
Heat the oil in a pan. Sear the gammon
joint all over (approx. 1 minute per side).
Remove the gammon joint from the pan
and insert the food probe.
Manual:
Adjust settings according to cooking
stage 2.
Place the gammon joint on the rack and
cook.
