4 Select values
The yellow boxes will be blank when the screen first
appears. Touch each individual yellow box, as described
below, to enter the desired value. When the yellow box is
touched, it changes colors and the previous treatment value
displays. Use the Up/Down Arrow (/) keys to adjust
the current value. If you did not enter a value previously,
the yellow boxes remains blank. Enter in these values
exactly as directed by your PD nurse.
The personal health data fields displayed are:
Dextrose 1.5%—The volume of dextrose 1.5% used
during treatment
Dextrose 2.5%—The volume of dextrose 2.5% used
during treatment
Dextrose 4.25%—The volume of dextrose 4.25% used
during treatment
Last Bag Type—Dextrose type of the last bag used
(1.5, 2.5, or 4.25)
Blood glucose—Your blood glucose level
Patient Weight—Your weight after your treatment
Pulse—Your pulse in beats per minute
Blood pressure—Measure your blood pressure. Touch
the blood pressure button to select it, then use the
Up/Down Arrow (
number (systolic). Press the OK key to confirm the
selection. Use the Up/Down Arrow (
the next number (diastolic) and press the OK key again
to confirm the selection.
Temperature—Measure and enter your temperature.
5 Enter values
When you touch a yellow button, it will turn orange. Use
the Up/Down Arrow (/) keys to enter your measured
values. Repeat these steps to enter all of your information.
