B: B: Place EN71 Hand Rail so the top is flush to the inside edge of (073) Back Wall Panel and the bottom is
centred on (021) Left Access. Pre-drill holes using a 3/16" (4.8 mm) drill bit then attach EN71 Hand Rail using
2 (WL3) 1/4 x 1-3/8" Wafer Lags (with flat washer). (fig. 61.3, 61.4 and 61.5)
