5.2.1.1 Non-Danfoss Contactors

Non-Danfoss contactors are compatible with the VLT
contactors for capacitor disconnect, always select AC3-types. The current rating of the contactor must be equal to or higher
than 50% of the nominal current rating of the AHF.
If the contactor is controlled by external equipment and not by a specific parameter in a Danfoss frequency converter, use
contactors for capacitive switching.
