Reads the currently registered network and operator information.
In case of successful execution:
<CR><LF>+COPS: <mode>[,<format>[,<oper>]]<CR><LF>]
<CR><LF>OK<CR><LF>
In case of an error during command execution:
<CR><LF>ERROR<CR><LF>
In case of an error related to the MT during command execution:
<CR><LF>+CME ERROR: <err><CR><LF>
AT+COPS=<mode>[,<format>[,<oper>]]
Sets the current operator information.
In case of successful execution: <CR><LF>OK<CR><LF>
In case of an error during command execution:
<CR><LF>ERROR<CR><LF>
In case of an error related to the MT during command execution:
<CR><LF>+CME ERROR: <err><CR><LF>
In automatic network searching mode, only the <mode> parameter is valid and other
parameters are omitted.
When the set operator information does not exist or is unavailable, the CME ERROR is
returned.
