In case of successful execution:

<CR><LF>OK<CR><LF>
In case of an error:<CR><LF>ERROR<CR><LF>
0: disables the echo suppressing function.
1 (default value): enables the echo suppressing function.
AT^ECHO?
Reads the current settings of the echo suppressing function.
In case of successful execution:
<CR><LF>^ECHO: <n><CR><LF>
<CR><LF>OK<CR><LF>
