Queries the supported SMS bearer domains.
In case of successful execution:

<CR><LF>OK<CR><LF>
In case of an error during command execution:
<CR><LF>ERROR<CR><LF>
In case of an error related to the MT during command execution:
<CR><LF>+CME ERROR: <err><CR><LF>
0: GPRS
1: CS domain
2: GPRS is preferred (if GPRS is unavailable, CS domain is used.)
3 (default value): CS domain is preferred (if CS domain is unavailable, GPRS is
used.)
AT+CGSMS?
Reads the current settings.
In case of successful execution:
<CR><LF>+CGSMS:< service><CR><LF>
<CR><LF>OK<CR><LF>
In case of an error during command execution:
