Query the command status.

Query all the operator information.

<list of operator information, which is omitted due to excessive length>

8.2 AT+COPS - Command for Selecting Operators

The AT+COPS command registers a network and queries the currently registered
network status and network selection mode.

Reads the list of operators.
In case of successful execution:
<CR><LF>+COPN:<numericn>,<alphan><CR><LF>
[<CR><LF>+COPN: ...(list of operators)<CR><LF>]
