Procedure

For inoculation proceed as follows:
1.
Plug the needle onto the syringe and draw back the syringe
plunger to fill it with the necessary volume of inoculum.
2.
Unscrew and remove the blanking plug out of the septum col-
lar.
3.
Pierce the septum with the syringe needle and push down the
syringe plunger.
NOTICE!
A few drops of 70% ethanol can be placed on the
septum surface as an additional protection against
contamination.
4.
Reclose the port with the blanking plug.
